About Me
I am Dietitian Gomathy Gowthaman. I completed M.Sc in dietetics and nutrition from Madras University in 1989. Ever since then, I have been consulting with people for all sorts of health issues.
Many people come to me after struggling a lot with their health issues, having tried out everything they have heard of from websites or books. Unfortunately, their information is in bits and pieces and it doesn’t give them any benefit.
It gives me immense pleasure to put people on the right track when it comes to food and lifestyle and to see them attain their goals. For many of them, it is an unbelievable achievement and their happiness knows no bounds. By now, I have consulted and helped thousands of people realise their life goal.
I will help you attain your health goals by advising you on a proper diet. There will be regular follow-ups too, to ensure the plan is on track, and also to vary the diet at proper intervals to avoid diet boredom.

My Unique Methodology
My Approach
I treat each person differently. I take time to listen to their health problems. Body measurements are taken to understand current state of health and arrive at the desired state of health. I also observe each persons cultural affinities and hence their food preferences. I then assess their health goals based on age, gender and current medical conditions.
My Process
You will be given general food advice, good lifestyle habits to keep your metabolism in good shape and also advise on potion control. Further diet plans will be provided with regular follow ups. A constant endeavour is made to ensure that you get complete and balanced nutrition and just the right amount of calories
